I've been on my feet alot lately and this is great to wind down with. I can feel the vibrations and its soothing. There's no heat on this so if that's what you are seeking this product isn't for you. It's too early to say if it really does provide pain relief over time, but I look forward to updating my review in the next few weeks.

I honestly didn't expect much. I recently sprained my ankle, and I'm 2 weeks into recovery. But, I am still in quite a bit of pain. I only started being able to put partial weight on my foot a few days ago. However, after only one use, I have experienced some pain relief. Too early to tell how long this will last, but I plan to incorporate EMS massage into my daily routine along with my ankle rehab exercises. Only major con is that there is no remote. The text for the modes can be a bit hard to see and it is somewhat awkward trying to read it bending down toward my feet.

I've used and purchased at least 5 of the ems foot massagers and this for sure is the most powerful one i have come across. I have really bad neuropathy in my feet, so i need a strong unit. I'm hoping this model and brand will last for awhile. Seems most of them stop working after a few months. This is by far the best one out there. I will purchase another for a back up

I feel like I can adequately review this as I'm also a doctor of physical therapy and we use a lot of similar modalities. I'm not sure this product is worth the price. I would be happier with a $50-75 price point. However, it's pretty portable and simple to use. The odor of the unit is quite off-putting at first. Let it off-gas when you get it. It functions similarly to a TENs unit without the electrodes. You have to have both feet in contact for it to work. I guess it's a semi-safety feature. I would NOT recommend this for anyone with neuropathy in the lower extremities. If you can not feel the pulsing/electricity, this is not the unit for you. It has a multitude of intensity settings and various pulse settings. Another "issue," if you will, would be that you really need to be sitting upright to make full contact with the mat. It would be better with a strap or shoe/sock style of some sort, so that you could recline while wearing it.

This massager was way more powerful than I was expecting. I tried cheaper ones on and this one is by far better. It has 18 levels of intensity, and I couldn’t go past level 6. After the first use, my feet and legs already were tingling.. I could feel the blood flowing. It’s helped me finally deal with months of foot pain. The massager can easily fold and pack into a bag too, so I can travel with it. Love it!!

I have tried several foot massagers in the past, but the this is by far is the best. It offers a wide variety and range of modes for massages and has multiple intensity levels to suit individual preferences. The massager is rechargeable, which saves me from spending on batteries or having access to electrical outlet. It improves circulation and provides good relief for feet.
